Rick R0ss is being sued for his usage of an image of Jay Z in his latest music video, TmZ reports.

 the Photographer Armen Djerrahian plans to take Rozay to court over a picture he took of Jay in 2003.

 A Djerrahian says he noticed his shot within Ross'   Movin' Bass   music video. The image shows Jay Z making the R0c-A-Fella sign with both hands.
